Robert B. Goergen - Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Robert B. Goergen is founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blyth, Inc. He is also Chairman of the Ropart Group, a private equity investment firm.

Previously, Mr. Goergen was a Partner with McKinsey & Company and served with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, McCann-Erickson and Procter & Gamble. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Protein Sciences Corporation. Since 1982, he has served on the Board of Trustees of the University of Rochester, most recently as Chairman. Also, since 1997, Mr. Goergen has served on the Wharton School Board of Overseers.

Mr. Goergen received his undergraduate degree in physics, graduating cum laude, from the University of Rochester in 1960 and received his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Graduate School in 1962.

Robert H. Barghaus - Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Robert H. Barghaus joined Blyth and was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2001. In June 2004, Mr. Barghaus became a member of Blyth's newly-formed Office of the Chairman. Prior to joining Blyth, Mr. Barghaus most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategic Development of Cahner's Business Information. He has also served as Vice President of Finance and Administration, acting Chief Operating Officer of Labatt's USA; Vice President in the Caldor Division of May Department Stores, Director of Finance at American Can, and senior consultant at Arthur Anderson.

Mr. Barghaus is a Board Member of the Federation for the Handicapped (FEDCAP) in New York City and has served on the Alumni Board of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Barghaus holds a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy New York and graduated with high honors. He received his M.B.A. cum laude at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Mr. Barghaus received his C.P.A. while working at Arthur Anderson.

Robert B. Goergen, Jr. - Vice President and President, Multichannel Group

Robert B. Goergen, Jr. joined Blyth in 2000 as Director of Blyth's Internet Strategy and E-Business Initiatives Group, overseeing both web-oriented initiatives and strategic technology investments throughout Blyth. In August 2002, Mr. Goergen was appointed Vice President of Blyth's Business Development Group, overseeing the Company's acquisition strategy and implementation. In June 2004, Mr. Goergen became a member of Blyth's newly-formed Office of the Chairman and was named President, Catalog & Internet Group. Mr. Goergen is also Chairman of Blyth's Technology Steering Committee.

Prior to joining Blyth, Mr. Goergen served as Account & New Media Director for McCann-Erickson, where he oversaw E-commerce development and Internet marketing efforts for consumer products and services accounts. Prior to that, Mr. Goergen worked in corporate marketing at Candle Corporation of America.

Mr. Goergen holds a B.A. in history from the University of Richmond and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Anne M. Butler - Vice President and President, PartyLite Worldwide

Anne M. Butler joined Blyth in 1999 as President, PartyLite Europe. She became President, Europe and New Markets in 2000, and was subsequently named President, PartyLite International in 2003.

Prior to joining PartyLite, Anne worked with such companies as Avon, Aloette Cosmetics & Mary Kay.

Anne received her Bachelors Degree from Boston College and her MBA from Fordham University.
